摘　　要：目的 分离流感病毒,获得优势病毒毒株。 方法采用鸡胚和MDCK细胞分离病毒,使用血凝抑制试验(HAI)和间接免疫酶试验(IIE)鉴定病毒。 结果分离到20株流感病毒,其中含甲3、甲1和乙型流感病毒。1999年4月出现的流行,由乙型流感病毒引起,2000年3月发生的流行,由甲1型流感病毒所致。 结论流感病毒甲型和乙型均还在不断变异,产生新毒株,引起流行,监测流感仍仍然十分重要。Objective The isolation of influenza viruses,and eslabising prevailing strains.of influenza virus. Methods The embryonaled chicken eggs and cultured MDCK (madin-Dorhy anine Kidney) cells were used for isolation of inflnenza viruses. The hemagglutinin inhibition assays (HAI)and The indirect immunoenzyme techni assays (IIE)were used for identifing of influenza viruses. Results We have obtained to srtains of influenZa Viruses,A type of H|N,,A type of H3N2 and B type indued. The prevailing epidemic months were APR 1999 and MAR 2000. Conclusion The influenza viruses were continualy change.It is inportent that we survey influenza.
