摘 要:介绍高含硫高细度硫铁矿砂(简称高硫矿砂)以沸腾炉固体流态化理论和维持稳定的一定高度的沸腾层为标志的沸腾炉掺烧贫硫块矿或返渣实践,以及以沸腾炉固体悬浮化理论和无须维持沸腾层为标志的直接悬浮焙烧实践。指出两种方法均以现有沸腾炉解决了高硫矿砂焙烧制硫酸问题,但后者操作简单,炉况稳定,效益显著,是我国硫酸工业操作技术的创新。其关键技术是采用适应高硫矿砂的操控方法,这为今后设计高效的悬浮焙烧炉提供了技术参数和操作经验,非常宝贵。The roasting practices of high sulfur content and high fineness pyrite are introduced,including mixedburning with poor sulfur ore or return slag practice based on fluidized bed solid fluidization theory and marked by astable fluidized layer, with certain height, and the suspension roasting practice based on fluidized bed solidsuspension theory and no needing to fluidized layer. It is pointed out that the two methods can solve the problem ofsulfuric acid production by roasting high sulfur ore with fluidized bed, but the latter operation is simple, the stablefurnace condition, remarkable benefit, which is innovation of operation technology of sulfuric acid industry inChina. Its key technology is control methods adapted to high sulfur ore, this is very precious for providing thetechnical parameters and operation experience for the design of efficient suspension roaster in future.
