摘 要:对湿法磷酸生产过程中各工段脱硫工艺进行研究,考察了在不同工段添加碳酸钡对磷酸中硫酸根脱除情况的影响。结果表明,磷酸浓度对脱硫率影响非常明显,Ba CO3在浓磷酸中的脱硫率明显高于在稀磷酸中;磷酸中固相杂质含量也对脱硫有一定的影响,固体杂质含量低的磷酸使用Ba CO3的脱硫率更高。w(P2O5)为40%~50%的浓磷酸经过滤固相杂质后采用Ba CO3脱硫,其脱硫磷酸的m(P2O5)/m(SO3)达到200以上,可用于生产低硫磷酸盐产品。The desulfurization processes of various workshop section in WPA production are studied. The effectsof adding Ba CO_3 on the removal of sulfate radical impurity in different workshop section are investigated. Theresults show that, the effect of PA concentration on the desulfurization rate is very obvious, the desulfurizationrate in concentrated phosphoric acid is apparently higher than that in diluted phosphoric acid; The solidimpurities in PA has certain influence on the removal of sulfate radical, the desulfurization rate of adding Ba CO_3 on PA with low impurity content is higher. The m(P_2O_5)/m(SO_3)of PA with w(P_2O_5)40%-50% is above 200,after filtering solid impurities and desulphurization with Ba CO_3, it can be used to produce low sulfur contentphosphate product.
