摘  要:以磷酸一铵、氯化钾为原料,研究了复分解法制备工业级磷酸二氢钾的工艺技术,讨论了在一定溶解温度和结晶终点温度条件下,原料配比、磷酸一铵浓度对复分解过程产品纯度和磷收率的影响;对复分解法得到的粗产品还进行了常温净化法和一次溶解重结晶净化法的实验。原料中的磷酸一铵可由湿法磷酸和氨中和后净化得到。实验结果表明,在溶解温度为90℃、结晶终点温度为53℃、氯化钾和磷酸一铵摩尔比为1.45、磷酸一铵与H2O的质量比为43.6%时,经过复分解法得到的磷酸二氢钾粗产品的纯度为86.31%,磷收率为75.80%;采用一次溶解重结晶法净化得到的磷酸二氢钾产品纯度为98.67%,达到HG 2321—92中工业级一等品要求,为该工艺技术开展扩大实验提供了依据。With the MAP and potassium chloride as raw materials, the preparation method of industrial gradepotassium dihydrogen phosphate by double decomposition process is studied. Under the certain condition of endmelting temperature and crystallization temperature, the effects of raw material proportioning andmonoammonium phosphate concentration on the purity and phosphorus recovery rate of the product arediscussed. The comparative experiment between purification at room temperature and recrystallizationpurification are carried out. The raw material MAP can be made by purification after neutralization of WPA andammonia. The results show that under conditions of the melting temperature of 90 ℃, the end crystallizationtemperature of 53 ℃, the mole ratio of potassium chloride and MAP of 1.45, the mass ratio of monoammoniumphosphate and H2 O of 43.6%, the purity of product produced by double decomposition process is 86.31%,thephosphorus recovery rate is 75.80%; The purity of product produced by recrystallization process is 98.67%,which meets the industrial grade requirement(first grade)of HG 2321—92,it provides the basis for expandingthe experiment.
