摘　　要：目的 :探讨老年妇女甲状腺功能对血脂变化的影响。方法 :135例老年女性 (年龄≥ 5 0岁 )根据促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平分成 TSH升高组和 TSH正常组 ,同时测定游离 T3、游离 T4及血脂水平。结果 :与 TSH正常组比较 ,TSH升高组血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白 B明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论Objective:To explore the effect of thyroidea function on lipidemia in old women Methods:135 cases old women(age≥50 years old) were divided into two groups according to serum level of TSH.Meanwhile,serum free T3,free T4 and lipid were measured Results:Compared with TSH normal group,the level of serum cholesterol,triglyceride,LDL and ApoB were higher in hyper TSH group (P<0 05) Conclusion:Thyroidea function could affect the lipid metabolism in old women
