五灵脂B_1抑制大鼠胃酸分泌的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究五灵脂萃取物B1保护胃黏膜的作用机理。方法:SD大鼠40只随机分为空白组、B1低剂量(45mg/kg)组,B1高剂量(90mg/kg)组及雷尼替丁(30mg/kg)组,结扎幽门,腹腔给药,2h后取出鼠胃计算胃液量及胃酸pH值,并检测血清胃泌素。结果:腹腔注射五灵脂B1高剂量组大鼠2h胃酸pH值为2.143±0.244,高于空白对照组1.650±0.321,但胃液量及血清胃泌素量无差别。Objective:To investigate the effect and mechan ism of Faeces Trogopterorum B 1 on gastric se-cretion in rats.Methods:Forty male SD rats were randomly divided into control group,ranitidine g roup(30mg /kg),B 1 group(45mg /kg),B 1 group(90mg /kg).The drug were administrated by intr aperitoneal injec-tion immediately after ligature of p ylorus and closing of abdomen,2hour s later,the rats were killed and stomach were removed.The volume and pH of gastric juice as well as serum gastrin were deter-mined.Results:The mean pH of gastric juice of B 1 group(90mg /kg)was 2.143±0.244.It was higher than that of the control group(1.650±0.321,P<0.05).But the volume of gastric juice and t he serum gastrin had no difference compared with that of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Faeces Trogoterorum ex-tract B 1 can inhibite the secretion of gastric acid,but it has no effect on the serum gastr in of the rats.
