赖氨匹林片的镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的 :在研究赖氨匹林片的抗炎、解热等作用的基础上 ,进一步研究其镇痛作用并探讨其对免疫性炎症的初步作用机理。方法 :用不同剂量的本品口服后观察其对热刺激及化学刺激致痛小鼠的镇痛作用 ,经Freunds完全佐剂致炎大鼠腹腔液IL 1检测。结果 :赖氨匹林片抗炎机理与抑制IL 1的水平有关。 480、2 40mg·kg 1本品有明显的镇痛作用 ,1 2 0mg·kg 1仅对小鼠化学刺激显示镇痛作用 ,60mg·kg 1则无镇痛作用。结论 :赖氨匹林片口服给药其镇痛作用仍与等剂量的注射用赖氨匹林静脉给药无显著差异 ,抗炎机理与抑制ILObjection: To study the anti ache action of Lysine Aspirin and investigate its primary mechanism of anti inflammatory effects related to immunization. Methods: We established animal ache mice models, stimulated by heat and chemistry, then we administrated different dosages of Lysine Aspirin tablets to mice these mentioned by PO to investigate the effects of Lysine Aspirin on ache and the IL 1 level in fluid of cavitas abdominis on Freunds rats. Results: There were obvious analgesic action of Lysine Aspirin when administrated to mice by 480?240 mg·kg 1 ,but we could only saw obvious action of chemistical stimulation when Lysine Aspirin was administrated by 120mg·kg 1 ,and no action was found when administrated by 60mg·kg 1 ; Lysine Aspirin mechanism may be acted by inhibiting the level of IL 1.
