摘 要:目的 研究应激性大鼠血压升高时肾脏结构的变化。方法 给SD大鼠间断性足底电刺激 15d ,隔日监测尾动脉血压 (BP) 1次 ,观察其尾动脉BP的变化情况和第 15天后肾脏肾小球入球小动脉和出球小动脉口径的变化。结果 单纯应激组在第 9、11、13、15天测得BP与对照组相比有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;第 15天后肾脏肾小球入球小动脉和出球小动脉口径的变化与对照组相比没有明显区别 (P >0 .0 5 )。L -ARG +应激组隔日测得BP与对照组相比没有明显差异 ,第 15天测得BP低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,BP未升高 ,且有下降的趋势 ,第 15天后肾小球入球小动脉和出球小动脉口径的变化与对照组相比没有明显区别 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 应激刺激可使BP升高 ,应激性大鼠血压升高的早期肾脏入、出球小动脉结构没有明显变化。Objective To investigate the change of the cailbers of enter and out kidney-glomerular arteries when Blood Press (BP) of stress rats are high. Methods All the Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into three groups: stress group, L-anginine+stress group and control group. L-ARG were added into drinking water in the L-ARG+Stress group and electric stimulus in foot-plant were given intermittently to the L-ARg+stress gruoup and the stress group for 15 day. BP of tail artery was measured every two days, and the calibers of enter and out kidmey -glomerular arteries were measured at the 15th day. Results There were significant differences of BP between control group and stress group on the 9th ?11th?13th?15th day( P <0.05 or P <0.01). After stimulus,the level of BP increased, while the calibers of emter and out kidney-glomerular arteries did not chang ( P >0.05).The differences of BP between control group and the L-ARG+stress group were not remarkabel until the 15th day. BP of L-ARG+stress group was lower than that of control group on the 15th day ( P <0.05).The calibers of enter and out kidney-glomerular arteries did not chang ( P >0.05). Conclusion The present results indicate that BP would increase after stress, but the calibers of enter and out kidney-glomerular arteries remain unchanged in early stage of stress.
