住院病人肠道寄生虫卵检查结果分析

摘　　要：目的　了解住院病人肠道寄生虫感染状况。方法　收集 4 0 2 0 7例患者粪便标本 ,检查蛔虫、钩虫、鞭虫、华支睾吸虫卵。结果　检出有寄生虫感染者 4 2 4 8例 ,总感染率为 10 .5 5 %。其中 ,蛔虫、钩虫、鞭虫、华支睾吸虫感染率分别为 2 .6 4 %、2 .6 5 %、0 .6 7%、4 .5 9% ,2种以上寄生虫混合感染 (多寄生现象 )率为 0 .2 8%。结论　住院病人蛔虫、钩虫、鞭虫感染率逐年下降 。Objective To investigate the infection status of intestinal parasite of in-patients. Methods Fecal samples of 40 277 patients were detected for ovum of Ascarid,Hookworm, Whipworm and Clononrchis sinensis. Results Parasitic ovum were positive in 4 248 samples(10.55%). The infectious rates of Ascarid,Hookworm,Whipworm and Clononrchis sinensis were 2.64% (1 065/40 227),2.65%(1 067/40 277),0.67%(268/40 227) and 4.59%(1 848/40 227). The mixed infection rate was 0.28%(114/40 227). Conclusion The results indicate that the infectious rates of Ascarid,Hookworm,Whipworm come down every year,while that of Clononrchis sinensis goes up every year.
