摘　　要：结合软件工程思想,阐述了采用COM(ComponentObjectModel)嵌入模式为HIS系统增加用药审查功能的优点以及实施过程应注意的问题和解决方法,在实施中使用增加表示层的方法解决了两个异构系统整合时表示一致性的问题,确保审查系统在异种系统中能够具备较高的可移植性,从而大大提高了软件的复用率;最后给出了项目实施的部分PB源代码。According to the thought of software engineering, this paper expounds why the method of embedding the COM of prescription automatic screening should be used to add screening function to HIS, what problems should be considered when the project is implemented and how those problems can be solved. Thanks to appending a Presentation Layer to the system of prescription automatic screening, the good portability of this system in different HIS is obtained, while the ability of this system to reuse is improved very much. In the rear part of this paper, some important source codes of PB for this project are presented.
