河南省高等教育发展水平与全国的比较研究——基于主要规模指标

摘　　要：从高等教育毛入学率及其年增长率、每万人口在校大学生数及其年增长率、在校研究生占在校大学生总数的比重,以及在校研究生数量年增长率等方面,对近十年来河南省与全国高等教育发展水平之间的差距进行纵横两个维度的对比分析。结果表明,河南省高等教育与全国平均水平相比尚有明显差距,教育水平偏低、资源不足、结构失衡、机会不公等问题长期存在。为使河南省高等教育尽快弥合差距,应立足社会需求扩大教育规模,统筹区域发展增加教育投资,优化高教结构提高办学层次,拓宽发展思路强化民办教育。This thesis calculated and measured the gap between Henan provincial and national higher education over the past ten years based on indexes such as the gross enrollment rate and its annual growth rate,the number of college students per myriad population and its annual growth rate,the proportion of postgraduates, and annual growth rate of postgraduates.The vertical and horizontal comparison reflects the gap between indexes and their annual changes.The results show that a significant gap exists between Henan provincial and national average level in higher education and some problems should be solved such as low level of education, lack of resources,structural imbalance,and opportunity inequality.To bridge the gap,suggestions are proposed to expand the educational scale based on the social demand,to make a overall plan of regional development,to increase educational investment,to optimize the education structure,to strengthen private education,and so on.
