摘  要:目的 :抗凝血聚氨酯材料的合成及性能测定。方法 :通过改变扩链剂用量及种类 ,合成了一系列高弹性聚氨酯 ,并测定了它的机械性能和材料表面血小板粘附率。结果 :扩链剂用量及种类都对聚氨酯的机械性能及材料表面血小板粘附率有影响。结论 :研究表明这种材料具有很好的机械性能和抗凝血性 ,可用于具有弹性的医用材料。Objective:To study synthesis and property of the polyurethane with antithromboˉgenic.Methods:A series of polyurethane had been synthesized by changing the use level and the class of the extender,and determined their mechanical properties and the coherent rates of the blood platelet on the surface of the materials.Results:The use level and the class of the extender both had influences on their mechanical properties and the coherent rates of the blood platelet on the surface of the materials.Conclusion:The study indicated that the materials had the quality mechanical and antithrombogenic properties.They can be used as materials for medicine.
