应用颈椎前路带锁钢板治疗颈椎病及损伤21例

摘　　要：目的　探讨颈椎带锁钢板在颈椎前路融合术中的作用。方法　对 2 1例颈椎疾病及损伤患者行前路减压、自体髂骨植骨及带锁钢板内固定术。结果　 2 1例病例获得随访 ,随访时间 6～ 1 5个月。颈椎植骨处牢固骨性融合 ,椎间高度维持良好 ,无钢板螺钉松动、滑脱、断裂等并发症。结论　颈前路带锁钢板可使颈椎术后即刻稳定 ,植骨块更牢靠 ,提高植骨融合率 ,并有效维持椎间高度及生理弧度 。Objective To study the role of cervical spine locking plate in anterior fusion.Methods 21 cases of cervical diseases or injuries were treated by anterior decompression,auto iliac bone graft,and cervical spine locking plate fixation.Results 21 cases were followed up for 6 to 15 mohths.The solid fusion was obtained,the intervetebral height was maintained,and there was no complications related to plate and screw loosening and no displacement or breakage in all cases.Conclusion Using cervical spine locking plate in anterior fusion can increase the fusion rate of the bone graft and maintain the intervetebral height to avoid the secondary neurologic defect resulting from the collapse of the vertebral body.
