摘　　要：约翰·凯恩斯是西方宏观经济学的开创者,他的理论和政策立足于对社会经济总量的分析,研究西方资本主义国家如何运用财政、金融和货币手段对经济进行全方位的干预;当前中国的社会主义市场经济体制已初步确立,充分发挥政府宏观调控的职能以保证经济的正常运行,是经济理论界和政府管理部门面临的重大课题。因此,研究和借鉴西方宏观经济学的理论特别是凯恩斯主义,对于指导中国经济的宏观调控有着重要意义。John.Keynes is the founder of western macro-control economics.His theory and policy,based on the analysis of economic problems of society,research how the western capitalistic states employ fiscal,financial and monetary means to conduct all-around intervention in economy.At present,China's market economic system has been set up.Thus,how to make economy run smoothly by fully performing the government function of macro-control is a major subject that theoretical circles of economy and administrative departments of government face. Hence to study and adopt western theories of macro-economics,especially Keynesianism,is very significant to guide China's economic macro-control.
