摘　　要：对 ZGM-95磨煤机迷宫密封装置进行了研究 ,它由传动轴、迷宫环和气环三部分组成 ,但该装置存在使用寿命短 ,易漏风、漏粉 ,同时安装时劳动强度大。把该迷宫密封装置改造为浮动轴封式 ,能够有效地消除该装置漏风、漏粉现象 ,延长磨煤机的大修周期 ,减小安装时的劳动强度 ,并且还能够显著地改善磨煤机的运行工况。The labyrinth packing device of the ZGM 95 medium speed pulverizer consists of drive shaft, labyrinth packing and packing ring. The device was liable to air inleakage and dust inleakage due to the abrasion of the labyrinth packing. The installation work was heavy at the same time. After the labyrinth packing was reformed into floating ring seal, the problem of air and dust leakage was solved. The maintenance time of the pulverizer is reduced, as well as the installation workforce. The operating condition of the polverizer is also improved.
