吉林某地瓷石的酸浸除铁漂白试验

摘　　要：分别采用盐酸和草酸对吉林某地瓷石进行了酸浸除铁漂白试验 ,对比了盐酸和草酸的酸浸除铁漂白效果 ,并且探讨了草酸浓度、矿浆浓度、浸出时间、浸出温度等因素对除铁漂白效果的影响 ,制定出了最佳的除铁漂白方案 ,使瓷石的白度由原来的 68.2 %提高到了 84 %。A test on the iron removal and bleaching for Cornish stone from Changbai region in Jilin was carried out by acid leaching.The results of iron removal and bleaching tests with hydrochloric acid and oxalic acid were compared.The factors that influenced iron removal and bleaching results were investigated,including oxalic acid concentration,pulp density,leaching time,leaching temperature,etc.The optimum bleaching technological process was worked out.The whiteness of Cornish stone can been increased from 68.2% to 84%.
