摘　　要：介绍了一种新型破碎设备———PEWA90120外动颚低矮破碎机的结构、原理、性能参数,以及该机在安庆铜矿生产中的应用。根据试验和生产应用中获得的数据,归纳了该机的性能优点。新型机的理想动颚运动轨迹,使颚板磨损显著降低,颚板寿命提高3倍以上。与传统破碎机相比,该破碎机生产能力提高20%以上,节能15%～30%,系统节能1倍以上,喂料高度比传统机型低25%～30%,节省安装空间。In this paper,the structure,working principle,performance data of a newtype crushing equipment,lowprofile movable outerjaw crusher PEWA90120,and application of the crusher in production of Anqing Copper Mine are introducedBased on the data from tests and production,the performance characteristics of the crusher are summarizedThe ideal movement trajectory of the crusher's movable outerjaw causes obviously low wear of jaw plate,thus increasing the life of the jaw plate by over three timesCompared with conventional jaw crushers,the throughout of the crusher is increased by 20%,the power consumption of each crusher reduced by 15%～30%,and the feeding height lowered by 25%～30%.
