摘 要:氧化铅锌矿石是提取铅、锌金属的重要基础原料之一,矿石中的氧化锌矿物是主要的有用矿物。本文对兰坪复杂的氧化铅锌矿石选矿工艺进行了研究,以便更好地利用矿石中的氧化锌矿物。使用TA药剂和十八胺药剂作氧化锌浮选捕收剂,分别研究了矿浆温度对氧化锌浮选的影响,并用TA药剂和BK药剂组成的复合捕收剂,在常温(18~20℃)条件下浮选氧化锌,取得了锌品位31 77%、锌回收率73 41%的氧化锌精矿的较好结果;比用十八胺作氧化锌浮选捕收剂(矿浆温度28~30℃)取得的锌回收率高4 61%,而且TA捕收剂适合低温氧化锌浮选,但为了提高氧化锌浮选的选择性和浮选效率,应当添加适量的WG药剂。另外,本文讨论了影响低温氧化锌浮选的工艺参数。Leadzinc oxide ore is one of important raw materials for extracting lead and zinc metalsZinc oxide minerals in the ore are main valuable mineralsIn order to recover zinc oxide minerals in the ore,the beneficiation technology for complicated leadzinc oxide ore in Lanping Mine has been studied With TA and octodeca reagents being used as collectors respectively,the effect of pulp temperature on the flotation of zinc oxide minerals is investigatedAnd using a composite collector consisted of TA and BK,the flotation of zinc oxide ore is carried out at ambient temperature(18~20℃) and a zinc oxide concentrate of zinc assaying of 3177% is obtained with a zinc recovery of 7341%Compared with using octodecaamine as a collector at a pulp temperature of 28~30℃,the recovery of zinc has been increased by 461% and flotation tests have shown that the TA collector is suitable to the flotation of zinc oxide ore at low temperatureHowever,WG reagent should be added in a reasonable amount for lower temperature so as to improve the selectivity to zinc oxide mineralsIn addition,the technological parameters affecting the flotation of zinc oxides in the ore at low temperature are discussed
