摘 要:采用石灰-硫酸亚铁两段净化工艺,对以硫铁矿为原料的硫酸厂含砷废水进行处理研究。介绍了pH值、Fe/As比以及充气量等条件对砷的去除率的影响。结果表明:控制一段pH=10 5、Fe/As=1∶1,二段pH=8 5、Fe/As=10∶1,充气20min,沉淀1h,处理后外排废水中砷浓度小于0 5mg/L,达到国家排放标准。该方法处理费用低、工艺简单可行、操作方便,已在工业生产中应用。The limeferrate process with twostage purification was used for treating higharsenic wastewater from sulfuric acid plant taken iron sulfide ore as raw materialThe impact of such factors as pH,Fe/As ratio and aerating amount on the arsenic removal rate were studiedThe results of tests show that under the conditions of pH=105 and Fe/As=1∶1 for first stage,pH=85 and Fe/As=10∶1 for second stage,the aeration time of 20minutes and precipitation for one hour,the treated wastewater with an arsenic content of less than 05mg/L comes up to the national discharge standardThis process is simple in technology,easy in operation and low in cost and has been used in full scale production
