摘  要:采用X射线衍射法(XRD)分析铜精矿、铅精矿、锌精矿和氧化皮中的主要物相,利用TOPAS软件测定矿产品的主要元素含量。铜精矿的主要物相为黄铜矿、黄铁矿和石英,铅精矿主要物相为方铅矿、铅矾和白铅矿,锌精矿主要物相为闪锌矿,氧化皮的主要物相为氧化亚铁、四氧化三铁和三氧化二铁。通过TOPAS软件对XRD图谱进行拟合,测定铜精矿中铜的含量、铅精矿中铅的含量、锌精矿中锌的含量和氧化皮中铁的含量,分析结果与标准法测定结果基本一致。X-ray diffraction method was used for analysis of the main phases of copper concentrate,lead concentrate,zinc concentrate and oxide skin and TOPAS software was used to determine the content of the main elements.The main phases of copper concentrate were chalcopyrite,pyrite and quartz.The main phases of lead concentrate were galena,lead alum and white lead.The main phase of zinc concentrate was sphalerite.The main phases of oxide skin were ferrous oxide,iron oxide and ferric oxide.XRD patterns were fitted by TOPAS software for determination of the content of copper in copper concentrate,the content of lead in lead concentrate,the content of zinc in zinc concentrate and the content of iron in oxide skin.The results were consistent with those obtained by the standard method.
