摘　　要：石油钻杆摩擦焊焊缝的冲击韧度是衡量焊缝质量的一个重要指标。分析了原材料的纯净度、接头和管端的预处理、焊接和热处理工艺、试样尺寸及试验条件等对焊缝冲击韧度的影响。提出提高原材料的纯净度、对接头和管端进行预处理、合理设计焊接与热处理工艺均会提高焊缝的冲击韧度。Impact toughness of friction weld on oil drill pipe is one of the important quality index.The influences of the purity of raw material,pretreatment of joint and pipe end,process of weld and heat treatment,specimen dimensions and test condition on impact toughness of weld were analyzed.It was pointed out that high purity of raw material,pretreatment for joint and pipe end,reasonable process of weld and heat treatment would improve impact toughness of friction weld.
