摘 要:以不同类型的硅烷偶联剂对自制的介孔分子筛SBA-15进行了改性,研究了改性介孔材料SBA-15对水、甲苯和双环戊二烯(DCPD)/苯乙烯(St)(DCPD/St=9/1,体积比)单体混合液(DS)的吸附和释放性能。研究发现,改性前,SBA-15吸附水和甲苯的量相差不大,而吸附单体混合物量较多;使用硅烷偶联剂改性后,吸附量均下降,但是吸附速率提高,吸附量较小者吸附速度较快。介孔材料对甲苯的释放速率是对水和DS的100倍左右,改性介孔材料提高了对吸附质的释放速率;吸附和释放均符合准二级吸附动力学方程。Mesoporous molecular sieve SBA-15 was modified with different silane coupling reagents, respectively. Adsorption and release performance of the modified mesoporous SBA-15 for water, toluene and monomer mixture of double cycle pentadiene and styrene(DCPD/St, VDCPD:VSt=9:1, DS for short) were investigated. It was found that adsorption capacity of water and toluene on SBA-15 were similar, and a little higher adsorption capacity of monomer mixture was observed. After modification by coupling agents, the adsorption capacity of SBA-15 decreased, but adsorption rate increased. The mesoporous materials with low adsorption capacity had rapid adsorption rate. The release rate of toluene from SBA-15 was 100 times than those of water and monomer, the modification of SBA-15 increased the release rate of all adsorbates. All of adsorption and release curves were fit well with Pseudo-second-order kinetic equations.
