摘 要:通过悬浮聚合法,合成了一种聚乙烯吡啶树脂(PVP)。以大孔弱碱树脂D301和大孔吸附树脂XAD-4作为参照,研究了PVP树脂对间苯二酚的吸附性能,探讨了溶液的p H值及无机盐对树脂吸附间苯二酚的影响。结果表明,溶液pH值为6.02时,PVP树脂对间苯二酚的吸附量达到134mg/g,无机盐对PVP吸附间苯二酚几乎无影响。Freundlich等温吸附方程能够很好地拟合PVP树脂吸附间苯二酚的等温线,且间苯二酚在PVP树脂上的吸附为放热过程,能够自发进行。Polyvinylpyridine(PVP) resin was synthesized by suspension polymerization. The adsorption performance of PVP to resorcinol was studied through static experiments, comparing with two commercial adsorbents of weak basic resin D301 and macroporous resin XAD-4. The effects of p H and inorganic salt in solution on adsorption capacity of resorcinol were also discussed. The experimental results showed that the adsorption capacity of PVP for resorcinol was 134mg/g when the p H value of solution was 6.02, while the inorganic salt laid less influence on the adsorption. Adsorption data fitted the Freundlich adsorption isotherms well. The functions of thermodynamics(the adsorption free energy change ΔG, enthalpy change ΔH and entropy change ΔS) were calculated and the results, ΔG<0 and ΔH<0, showed that the adsorption of resorcinol onto PVP was a spontaneously exothermic process.
