摘　　要：随着各国对我国企业的反倾销案件的迅速递增,我国于2001年12月实施新的《出口产品反倾销应诉规定》,期望促进出口企业的反倾销应诉。该《规定》在当今背景下有一定积极意义,但仍存在一些问题,如仍保持了"计划经济"思维、某些条文不现实、缺乏操作性等。Along with the tendency which the antidumping cases against Chinese exports increase sharply, Chinese government issues the Regulation about Pleading the Cause of Chinese Exports against Antidumping, intending to promote the enthusiasm for pleading The regulation is positive to a certain extent, but still has some deficiencies, for example it keeps some modes under the 'planned economy', some articles are not perfect and not really ractical
