摘　　要：新颁布的《中华人民共和国婚姻法》仍需要进一步完善:扩大可撤销婚姻的范围并设抗辩事由;"可撤销婚"的法律后果自撤销时起无效;法院应为宣告婚姻无效的惟一机关。The newly issued Matrimonial law of the people's Repulic of China has Chinese characteristics in constructing modes,accrediting conditions of the invalid marriage,and the legal aftermath of the invalid marriage.All told,something needs to be done to improve it further,namely,to enlarge the range of the dispensibe matrimony and the demurring causes,to perfect the aftermath of the invalid matrimony,to better the claiming offices for the invalid matrimony.
