摘　　要：海盗与海上武装抢劫犯罪是世界航运安全的重要威胁。21世纪初,拉美加勒比各国致力于发展对外贸易,海上运输也由此成为拉美与外界贸易往来的最主要的通道之一,巨大的利益诱惑也使该地区成为海盗与海上武装抢劫犯罪的高发地带。本文在总结拉美加勒比地区海盗与海上武装抢劫犯罪特点的基础上,分析其产生的原因,提出应对海盗和海上武装抢劫犯罪的相应措施。Pirates and armed robberies have been the crucial threat to the safety of the world shipping.In the 21 st century, Latin American and Caribbean countries are committed to the development of foreign trade so that the marine transport became the main way for Latin American countries to trade outside.This specific area then became the high rate zone of pirates and armed robberies due to the high benefits seduction.This assay focuses on the features and causes of pirates and armed robberies crimes in Caribbean and Latin America, presents the relevant proposals.
