摘　　要：自然法理论一直是西方正统法律思想的源泉,且时至今日仍对国际法的完善与发展有重要影响。随着人类科技和认识的深入,以及政治格局的演变,对自然法的认识和理解也会有新的视角。本文旨在围绕自然法思想的"权利"概念及"正义"观,论证当代国际法在保护人权和调整国家关系的过程中应注意坚持普适性的标准和主权平等的原则。Natural Law theory is widely accepted by western countries, and constitutes important source to International Law. To understand the concepts of ‘Right’ and ‘Justice’ appropriately, is critical to the study of cotemporary International Law, specifically, its principal principles of Human Right Protection and Equality of Sovereignty.
