摘　　要：侵权责任方式是实现侵权责任的重要手段,我国侵权责任法中规定的多元化责任方式可作不同划分,基于其功能不同可类型化为预防性、恢复性与赔偿性责任方式。考虑到环境侵权的潜伏性、累积性、长期性等特质,需要可以相互协调的多元化责任方式,方能为环境侵权提供圆满救济。立法上将环境污染责任与生态破坏侵权分置规定,但在责任方式上均共同适用预防性、恢复性和赔偿性等类型。Methods of tort liability is an important means to realize the tort liability, According to different standards, the methods of tort liability in Tort Law of the PRC can be divided into different categories.Based on its function it can be classified as prevention, recovery and compensation liability.Considering the particularity of the environmental tort liability, Victims need d iversification of responsibility to provide a complete remedy for environment tort.Liability environmental pollution and tort of ecological destruction are provided in different environmental legislation in our country, But the methods of prevention, recovery and compensation etc..can apply in environmental tort.
