摘 要:目的:探讨糖尿病(DM)患者细胞内外低镁水平状态及其临床意义。方法:采用等离子直读光谱仪测定DM患者RBC Mg^(++)含量。结果:糖尿病者细胞外镁与正常对照组无明显差异(P>0.05),而细胞内Mg^(++)在血清Mg^(++)尚正常时已先期下降,其下降情况与正常对照组比较,男性DM为P<0.01,女性DM为P<0.05。结论:本组82例DM病人均存在机体Mg^(++)代谢负平衡,主要以细胞内低镁首先表现出来,此将影响细胞的各种能量代谢及核酸代谢酶活性和阳离子微环境破坏,继而使胰岛素受体活性下降。其男性DM者低镁更甚于女性DM者,提示男性DM者更易于患心血管并发症。Puipoae:To study the lower status of intracelluler and extracellular magnisium++ in patient with diabetes mellitus and its clinical evaluation. Methods: The concentration of magnisium++ in RBC was measured by sameness ion straight reads photoelectrometer method. Results: The level of extracellular magnisium++ was no difference with normal control group( P > 0. 05 ) . While the intracellular level of magnisium++ was decreased during serum magnisium++ level still remained normal. Its decreasing level as comparing with normal control group. (P<0. 01 in male DM patient, P < 0. 05 in female DM patient). Conclusions: There were negative balance of magnisium++ balance either in 82 cases of DM patient arid usually appeared as intracellular hypo-magnisium++ . It affected the different energetic metabolism and distraction of nucleic acid metabolic enzyme activity and ion micro-enviroment followed by lowering of insulin receiptor activity. The hypo-magnisium++ in male DM patient appeared more prominent than female DM patient. This indicated that male DM patient was susceptible to attack with cardio-vascular complication.
