眼针结合益智汤治疗急性缺血性脑卒中认知障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察眼针结合益智汤治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者认知障碍的临床疗效。方法:将64例急性缺血性脑卒中伴认知障碍患者按照随机数字表分为治疗组(n=32)和对照组(n=32)。两组患者均予常规神经内外科治疗及专业认知训练,治疗组在此基础上进行眼针及益智汤治疗。采用MMSE、MoCA、ADL、WHOQOL-BREF量表对所有患者治疗前及治疗后8周进行认知功能、生活能力及生活质量评定。结果:治疗后两组的MMSE、MoCA、ADL、WHOQOL-BREF评分与治疗前相比均有改善,且治疗组优于对照组,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:针刺结合中药复方治疗明显改善急性缺血性脑卒中认知障碍的认知功能、生活能力及生活质量,具有较好的疗效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of eye-acupuncture combined with Yizhi Decoction in the treatment of cognitive impairment in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 64 acute ischemic stroke patients with cognitive impairment were divided into treatment group(n=32)and control group(n=32)according to random number table.Two groups were given conventional neurosurgery and professional cognitive training.The treatment group on the basis used eye acupuncture and Yizhi Decoction treatment.The MMSE,MoCA,ADL and WHOQOL-BREF scales were used to evaluate the cognitive function,life skills and quality of life of all patients before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment.Results:The scores of MMSE,MoCA,ADL and WHOQOL-BREF in both groups were improved after treatment and the treatment group’s was better than the control group’s.The curative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine compound therapy can significantly improve the cognitive function,life ability and quality of life of patients with cognitive impairment in acute ischemic stroke and has good curative effect.
