基于核因子NF-κB通路初探针灸治疗心肌重构的机制

摘　　要：心肌重构加剧心功能恶化是导致心力衰竭的关键因素之一。文章分析近15年的临床及实验研究,基于免疫炎性角度分析针灸治疗心肌重构的作用,发现心肌重构与核因子NF-κB通路密切相关。针刺阻断心衰大鼠核因子NF-κB通路激活TNF-α、IL-6等细胞因子的过程,可能成为心血管疾病防治的新靶点,为针灸治疗心肌重构作用机制提供新的思路。The worsened cardiac function caused by myocardial remodeling is one of the key factors leading to heart failure.This paper analyzed the clinical and experimental studies of the past 15 years.Also,the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion on myocardial remodeling from the perspective of immune inflammation were analyzed.It finds out that myocardial remodeling is closely related to the nuclear factor NF-κB pathway.Needle blocking heart failure rats nuclear factor NF-κB pathways activated TNFαand IL-6,such as the process of cytokines,which may become the new target for cardiovascular disease prevention and control.Myocardial remodeling mechanism provides new train of thought for acupuncture treatment.
