摘　　要：本文论述了产权、产权制度的概念,讨论了企业医院产权制度改革的必要性、产权制度改革的方式以及产权制度改革过程中应注意的问题。企业医院在社会化过程中应积极参与产权制度改革,与那些有远见的资本经营者一道,为我国卫生改革作出贡献。The article describes the conceptions of property and property system and discusses the necessity of reforming property system of hospitals of enterprises, ways of reforming property system and the issues to which attention should be paid during the process of reforming property system. Hospitals of enterprises should actively participate in reforming property system during socializing process and, together with the capital managers of foresight, make contribution to health reform program in China.
