摘　　要：目的探讨肾结核的CT表现及其诊断价值。方法回顾性复习了29例肾结核的CT检查所见。结果CT检查肾结核(重点探讨临床型肾结核)依病情发展的不同阶段及相应的病理变化而出现不同的CT表现。“花瓣”状的多发低密度影及钙化是肾结核较为特征性表现。肾积水、肾功能丧失、自截肾是肾结核的晚期表现。结论CT检查对肾结核具有较高的诊断价值。多数病例结合临床和实验室资料可获得正确诊断。Objective To understand CT features of renal tuberculosis (RTB).Methods CT findings of 29 patients with clinically proven RTB were analyzed retrospectively.Results The study suggested that RTB could show variable CT findings with different stages of the infection.Early RTB presented as multiple petaloid hypodense lesions and calcified shadows,whereas late- tage characteristic findings were hydronephrosis,nonfunctioning kidney and "autonephrectomized"kidney.Conclusion CT scaning is the most valuable procedure to diagnose RTB.When CT findings of RTB are atypical,the definite diagnosis needs to combine with clinical and laboratory data.
