摘　　要：99mTc发生器淋洗效率是评价其质量的重要指标,其效率可用定量加入法、γ能谱法和屏蔽法进行测量。根据凝胶型99mTc发生器的工艺和结构特点,选用了屏蔽法。本文介绍了屏蔽法的测量原理及方法,给出了在不同条件下淋洗效率的测量结果。mTc elution yield is an important quality parameter of 99mTc generator. 99mTc elution yield can be measured by the methods such as the quantitative analysis, the γ spectrometer analysis and the shield analysis. The shield analysis is used to measure 99mTc elution yield considering the process and structure of gel generator. In this paper, the principle and method to measure 99mTc elution yield of 99mTc gel generator are introduced, and the measured result of 99mTc elution yield are given.
