摘　　要：o-乙酰基乳酸酯类化合物是被广泛地应用于食品、医药、化工等领域的香料化合物.利用4-(二甲氨基)吡啶(DMAP)为催化剂,合成了o-乙酰基乳酸丁酯,并运用正交试验设计的方法,采用L9(34)正交表,探讨了合成o-乙酰基乳酸丁酯的最佳实验条件,并对产品进行了红外光谱、气相色谱分析检测.Oacetyl butyl lactate is an essence compound, which has been used in foods, medicine, chemical industry. oacetyl butyl lactate is prepared by using dimethy amino pyridine (DMAP) as catalyst. Optimal experiment conditions for the synthesis of oacetyl butyl lactate by orthogonal method in experimental design and adopting L9(34) orthogonal list is discussed. Its composition is proved by IR and gas chromafography spectra.
