摘　　要：介绍了 2 0 0 2年国际大电网会议 ( CIGRE)上关于 2 0 2 0年的电力系统、电力工程教育、自由化电力市场的供电安全性等专题研讨会的主要内容。包括电力工业的发展、能源结构及发电技术的变化、未来电力工程教育和培训的课程、电力市场化的经验。Special Symposiums in CIGRE'2000 are reviewed. The main subjects discussed are power systems in 2020, power engineering education, and power supply security in electricity market. The discussions deal with development of power industry, change of power structure and generation technology, courses of power engineering education and training, experiences and modes of electricity market, and investment of power industry in the future.[KH2D]
