摘　　要：为了确保人民生命财产安全和适应现代战争的需要,要求报警控制系统实现体系结构网络化、控制过程自动化、信息传递多媒体化、系统用途多样化、控制方式多层次化、信号处理模糊化。无线遥控与通信系统正是本着这一目标,使用最新的多媒体技术、计算机技术、通讯技术、控制技术、GIS技术、关系型数据库技术和面向对象的程序设计方法研制开发的。To ensure people' s lives and property and meet the needs of modem war, it is necessary for an alarm control system to include the network system architecture, automatic control process, multimedia information transfer, diversified system 'usage, hierarchical control style, fuzzy signal manipulation.To achieve all these goals, the wireless remote control and communication system is developed with the newest multimedia, computer, communications, control,GIS,relational database and object-oriented programming technologies.
