摘　　要：对供应链企业中存在的信息安全性问题和敏捷性问题做了初步的研究，分析了为解决这两个问题企业必须做哪些努力，需要哪些资源，以及它们之间存在着怎样的矛盾，并针对信息的安全性和敏捷性的矛盾提出了参考的解决方案。Along with the scope of supply chain enterprises developing into a worldwide level and the domestic or even international competition becoming intensely, the problems of safety and agility faced by supply chain enterprises emerge slowly. A pilot study about the problems is made, the reason that how these problems appear is analyzed, what things enterprises must do to solve these problems, what sources they need and what conflicts between the two problems are discussed. At the end, a referenced scheme aiming at the conflicts of safety and agility is put forward also.
