摘　　要：如何设计、管理和利用构件快速、可靠地组装企业信息系统是软件开发工具研究的重要课题之一。该文介绍了"863"／CIMS国产数据库客户端开发工具OpenTools基于构件的软件开发支持框架，详细说明了其总体结构、构件库组织以及构件的分类、检索和集成机制。how to design and implement an enterprise information system quickly and reliably with components is an important subject in the research of software development tools. This paper introduces a support framework for component-based software development implemented in OpenTools, which is a development tool for database client applications funded by '863'/CIMS. It describes its architecture, organization of components repository and mechanism of component classification, retrieval and integration.
