摘　　要：用UDP作为传输层协议的应用日益增多，其中包括用IP传输视频、音频的各种应用。UDP业务的增加会给网络带来新的拥塞问题。提出了一种基于随机早期检测技术(RED)的方案，对最终解决UDP业务导致的网络拥塞问题具有一定的参考价值。With the increasement of UDP traffic on the Internet, including video signal and voice signal transmitted by IP packets , new problems face upon people,which aer the unfairness in allocating the bandwidth among these two kinds of traffic, and the danger of congestion collapse caused by UDP traffic. This paper raises a new method based on RED(random early detection) technique to deal with these kind of problems, and it is valuable to finally solve the problems.
