摘　　要：新发布的《城镇土地估价规程》(GB/T18508-2001)对宗地地价评估提出了更高的要求,为了协助土地估价人员尽快从传统的财务会计式评估方式向以土地市场为基础的新评估方式过渡,笔者提出了基于VB与组件式GIS软件-MapX开发宗地评估信息系统的设计思想与实现方法。该系统的应用将大大提高宗地地价评估与地价信息管理的科学化和自动化水平。The newly released Town Land Evaluation Regulation(GB/T18508-2001)put forward higher demand on eval-uation of parcelland price.In order to help many land assessors accomplish the transition from the old finance-account evaluation method to the new method based on land market,the author discusses his design thought and implement method of developing evaluation information system of parcelland price based on VB and component GIS software-MapX.The system will be very useful for the automation,scientification of the land pricing and land-pricing information management.
