摘　　要：介绍了一种利用数学形态学来检测瓷质墙地砖表面缺陷的方法。该方法通过优化形态学结构元素使图象中正常的纹理变化经滤波后响应最小,而缺陷纹理却不受影响,以达到缺陷检测的目的。实验结果证明了该方法在实际应用中的可行性。This paper introduces an algorithm which uses mathematical morphology to perform surface inspection tasks in the industry of ceramic tiles.This algorithm inspects the flaw through optimizing morphological structure elements,which filters normal textural properties to minimum while anomalous flaw unaffected.Results of experiments have proved the efficiency of the proposed approach in practical applications.
