摘　　要：为探讨人工髋关节置换的术式选择 ,对成功施行人工全髋关节置换 5 4例 5 9髋观察疗效 ,并和同期人工股骨头置换 47例比较 ,48例 5 2髋获得 6～ 72个月随访。结果 :疼痛消失 ,恢复原工作或正常活动 3 9例 ;疼痛消失 ,功能好 ,生活可自理者 6例 ;轻微疼痛 ,活动受限 ,生活部分自理者 3例 ,显著优于人工股骨头置换组。结论 :人工全髋关节置换安全可靠 ,疗效好 ,使用寿命长 。To discuss the option of surgical methods of the hip prosthesis replacement,the effects of 54 cases(59 hips)with total hip replacement (G1) were evaluated and compared with that of 47 cases with artificial thigh bone replacement (G2)in the same stage.The results showed that 39 cases in G1 were excellent,6 cases good and 3 cases poor after 2~72 months follow up,and this was better than G2.It indicates total hip prosthesis replacement is the first option for severe hip lesions if arthroplasty is inevitable.\;
