摘  要:目的:研究封闭式负压引流技术(Vacuum-AssistedClosure,VAC.)对鼠失神经支配创面愈合中VEGF、Bcl-2表达的影响。方法:40只SD大鼠随机分成A、B两组(每组20只),于大鼠背部做一2cm×2cm的矩形全层皮肤缺损,其中A组创面予以封闭式负压引流组,B组未加封闭式负压引流;负压在20-80mmHg。在VAC后1,3,6,9,12天,A、B两组同时取材,采用免疫组织化学技术检测各组创面VEGF(Vascularendothelialgrowthfactor,VEGF)、Bcl-2的表达和标记指数。结果:A组较B组其VEGF、Bcl-2表达及标记指数明显增加(P<0.001)。结论:VAC能明显促进创面的修复细胞的增殖和血管生成。Objective: To investigate the effect of Vacuum-Assisted Closure on Expression of VEGF, Bcl-2 of rat wound healing. Methods:40 Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly and equally divide into A group, B group (20 in each group), that A group was employed the technique of Vacuum-Assisted Closure the B group as the controls ,in which the A,B group were cut the back ,the wound.scope was about 2cm×2cm.VAC was adopt at 80mmHg. At the1,3,6,9,12days after VAC, the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and Bcl-2 were detected by immunohistochemistry method. Results: The expression and Labelling index of VEGF, Bcl-2 were much more in A group than that in B group at all check time points(P< 0.05). Conclusion:The technique of vacuum-assisted closure might obviously facilitate the proliferation of vascular endothelial cell and angiogenesis of rat wounds.
