摘　　要：目的:探索修复严重烧伤后手部畸形的有效方法。方法:采用前臂骨间背侧动脉岛状蒂逆行转移修复烧伤后严重虎口挛缩及食指转位再造拇指术中虎口创面。结果:10例严重烧伤后手部畸形患者12只手采用了前臂骨间背侧动脉岛状蒂皮瓣逆行转移修复手部缺损创面,全部成活,经术后12-24个月随访,患手功能及外观恢复满意。结论:前臂骨间背侧动脉岛状蒂皮瓣有良好的血液供应,解剖位置恒定,可进行安全的逆行转移用来修复严重烧伤后手部畸形。Objective:To explore the availability method for repairing hands deformities after having been burned with antebrachial arteriae interossea posterior retrograde island flaps trasferring for the coverage of soft tissue defects in the hands.Methods:According to the size and site of the defects and the rotation point, the flap was designed, and it was based on the arterial axis.Then applying antebrachial arteriae interossea posterior retrograde island flaps to trasfer and cover the soft tissue defects in the hands.Results:Twelve antebrachial arteriae interossea posterior retrograde island flaps were performed for ten patients and all flaps survived.The results were satisfactory after 12 to 24 months' follow-up.Conclusions: The antebrachial arteriae interossea posterior retrograde island flap has rich blood supply and can be transferred safely. It is useful in plastic and reconstructive surgery,especially for the severe burned patients whose hands have deformity.
