摘 要:对灰铸铁粉末渗硼的过程进行研究,分析讨论了不同温度下,保持不同时间以及不同含量的 B_4C 对渗硼层深度的影响及渗硼组织特点.研究结果表明:灰铸铁渗硼、渗层由硼化物(双相或单相)层和过渡医组成.其渗硼层厚度虽不如碳钢深,但硬度仍很高,且控制供硼剂的含量可获单相渗层,粉末渗硼设备简单,操作容易,表面易处理,便于推广.The process using boriding agent,which is composed of B_4,CKBF_4,Mn-Fe and SiC etc,is studied for gray iron powder boriding in this paper.The Ch- arder of horiding structure and the effect to boridirg depth are aralysed and discussed under different temperatures (820~920℃),holding time (2~7h) Con tent Of B_4 C and oiginal structures.The borided specimens were analysed with metallograph,mierohardness,X—ray diffraction and electronic probe. The results denoted that,the layer of gray iron powder boriding consists of boride (uniphase or diphase) and intermediate zone.The boriding layer has less depth and high hardness compared with carbine steel.Uniphase Fe_2B layer can be obtained by controlling the content of Supplying boron ag- ent.Powder boriding is characterized With simple equipment,controllng and cleaking—off of surface easily.It can be used Widely.
