摘　　要：论述了散焦、散斑法的基本原理,并对矩形板的扭转角进行了实测.实验结果表明,误差较小,其精度能满足工程实际的要求.The fundamental principle of defocusing speckle has been discribed in this paper,and the experiment result of the torsion angle (i.e.slope) of a rectangle plate has also been given. The t esurt of experiment indicates that this method has a smaller error, and it can satisfy the needs of engineering practice.
