摘　　要：建立高铬白口铸铁化学成分与性能的回归模型,对高铬白口铸铁的主要成分对性能的影响进行了分析讨论和优化处理,使该材料的性能和使用寿命均高于镍基合金.The paper is based on the data of Harbin Boiler Factory.It founds the regression model of chemical ingredients and physical properties of High- Chromium white Cast Iron,discusses the properties influenced by main ingre- dients of High-Chromium white Cast Iron and makes a process in optimiza- tion.After optimlzaion,the characters and life-span of material are higher than Nickel-base Alloy and cost is only one third of Nickel-base Alloy and the material obtained patent right of China in 1990.
