摘 要:番茄下胚轴系列切段在离体培养中,在外源IAA,玉米素和TIAB刺激下,其愈伤组织诱导表现如下:1.切段两端愈伤组织生长明显受外源IAA影响,随IAA浓度增高,两端愈伤组织大小趋于相等;IAA浓度变化不能改变两端愈伤组织质上的差异;胚轴不同部位切段间愈伤组织生长略受低浓度IAA的影响。2.外源玉米素对切段两端愈伤组织生长和质的作用较小,略影响胚轴不同部位切段间愈伤组织生长。3.外源TIBA明显促进切段上端愈伤组织生长,并改变上端愈伤组织质地。4.外源IAA与TIBA有削弱胚轴切段极性现象的作用,而外源玉米素则无此效应。Under the stimulus of exogenous IAA, zeatin and TIB A, the callus indu ction of sequential hypocotyl segments in tomato in vitro is as follows: 1. The callus growth of two ends in segment is apparently effected by IAA, with increase of IAA concentrations, the callus sizes of two ends are same; the change of IAA concentrations can not change the texture difference between two end calli; lower concentration of IAA effects slightly callus growth in segments of various hypocotyl regions. 2. The effect of zeatin on callus growth and texture of two ends is weak, zeatin effects slightly calllus growth in segments of various hypocotyl regions. 3. TIBA stimulates apparently callus growth of morphologically upper end of segment and changes its callus texture. 4. IAA and TIBA have role to weaken the polarity in callus induction of hypocotyledonary segment ends, and zeatin has not this effect.
