摘　　要：本文报道5岁以内小儿急性克咳敏中毒10例。其中8例惊厥,4例昏迷。死亡2例,痴呆及失明后遗症各1例。剖检发现单纯表现为DIC1例,尚无报道。小儿克咳敏中毒表现与成人不同,病死率高,后遗症严重。This article reports 10 cases of acute kekemin intoxication in children under 5 years of age. Of these 8 cases had convulsion, 4 coma, 2 died, 1 survives with dementia and 1 ablepsia. The autopsy revealed that one case had DIC, which had not been reported before. The article also indicats that the manifestation of kekemin intoxication in children is different from that in adults, including higher mortality and more severe sequela.
